Our Contributions

Here at INOSH, we believe that giving and helping is what makes all of us happier and fundamentally stronger. Our manufacturing factories in Japan employ and train mentally-challenged and physically-challenged persons. We believe that mentally or physically challenged persons are no different than any of us already in the work field. We believe that the opportunity was simply not given to them, for them to try, and to have a chance to prove themselves in the normal working environment. That is why we employ the mentally and physically less-abled persons to help with our operations. To both train them and to guide them like any other, to grow and flourish as a team, as part of our society.

In INOSH, we believe everybody should be given a chance, a chance to prove that they are worthy of the contributions they provide to the society as a whole, that they too, can make a difference for everybody around them. Why? Because we would like to create more opportunities for persons who were never given one, we believe in bringing more happiness both to our customers and to our INOSH team. A happier customer-supplier relationship means longer-lasting opportunities for everybody and in return, it will greatly benefit the society as a whole.
